Teenagers in my country have only one aim, university. We study for fifteen hours per day in high school, in order to go to university. There is no reason, it's just because every student does that and we believe that it’s a good way for success. We learn too much in high school even though it’s not necessary for anyone. We think there is an occasion for study. If you are old, you can’t study because you have to be responsible for your family. However, Americans think their life is theirs. They prepare to be independent. They look for their life in their teenage years. Therefore, they can study or do what they want if they are old. And it’s related with their country's situation.

My Children with Alcohol
If I have children, I don’t want my children to drink as teenagers. I will absolutely control their drinking. Of course, they can drink sometimes, but they should not let me know. It’s polite for me, and maybe it can be a model for managing them. I will teach them that alcohol is not bad, but you can’t drink it. There is no reason, it’s my rule. I am father. Father should be father, children should be children. If they don’t want this, they can leave when it is possible. But I hope not.

Billiards
My favorite sport is billiards. There are many kinds of billiards in Korea, for example, three ball, four ball, six ball and pool. I often play four ball. Anyway, billiards doesn’t require much physical strength. When I was young, I liked to play basketball, but it’s so difficult for me right now because I’m fat and a little bit old. Billiards doesn’t require that I prepare something. If you want to play, just go a billiard room, and it also doesn’t require too much time. Moreover, the rules are very simple. You can learn them very easily. And it isn’t expensive. I like billiards for various reasons. Billiards is the best sport.

Online Shopping
Recently, we often buy something online. There are many shopping malls online, and many other malls are coming. Because it's more cheap, convenient and easy than offline, we often use that. It might change the nature of business. For example, my friend, who makes furniture and sells it, also made a web site-related his shop to sell. Before, people came to his shop and bought furniture, but they don't do like that nowadays. So he made an online shop, and there are more customers than offlne. I think it's s general trend nowadays.

Effect of Alcohol
What effect does alcohol have on my English speaking ability? There are some advantages and disadvantages. I think sometimes alcohol is useful to my English. For example, when I meet Americans for my conversation, alcohol helps to encourage me and makes us more friendly. Besides, alcohol can help me cope with my stress when I study English. On the other hand, it affects my English. Actually, alcohol isn't good for studying. Alcohol can break my biorhythm, and make it easy for me to forget. Alcohol is a good way to deal with stress but it makes me tired. Everything is not good for you if you abuse that.

My Favorite Restaurant.
There are many kinds of restaurants in Korea. One of them is a restaurant to grill pork; it is called ‘sam-gyub-sal’. Most Koreans like to grill meats; it is a little bit different from American steaks or barbecues. We sliced pork and grill completely; after it is grilled, we can eat with boiled rice wrapped in lettuce. It’s very delicious and cheap. It is also a good match with drinking. Most Koreans like to drink, too. Some people eat this for dinner and some people eat this while drinkng, and sometimes both. After we eat meat, we can eat soup and rice, or some noodle. It is also one of the delicacies.

What can I cope with stress.
When I feel stress by something like exam or love, I usually drink. Most Koreans like to drink and I like to drink, too. When I drink, I can talk with my friends more honestly and seriously than in ordinary times. Then it makes me feel pleasurable. After I drink, I can sleep as if there is no worry, and I can sleep over until the next afternoon. That is really good for relief. But I know it isn't good for my health. It just affects me for a short-time. I know that I need a hobby which is healthy. I will find that.

Stress by CESL
I think CESL is very good teaching English program, and I like CESL. However, it is stressful to study English even though CESL has wonderful classes, especially doing homework. I think CESL thinks much of writing and reading, so we have a lot of homework about writing and reading. In my case, reading and writing aren't easy. When I write a simple summary, I need to spend 2~3 hours in order to read. In order to write a summary, I read an article very carefully, and my English isn't very good. In addition, sometimes two or three assignments are due at the same time. I know it's good for studying English, and I need it. Anyway, it's true that homework is stressful.

WHAT WILL I BE
I wanted to be an ordinary person when I was young. I thought that the ordinary life was very successful. And when I just finished my military service, I wanted to be a great guy, something like top of the world, because I knew that power is very important. However, I want to be a good father like my father right now. It is not ordinary and it isn't top of the world, but I know it is very difficult. After I graduate, I will find some good job. Maybe I will work in international trade, because I studied Chinese and I am studying English now. I think language and trade are appropriate for me. I mean it's a good way to make money for me. I will make money for my family, and I will be a good father.
