My favorite restaurant in Carbondale is New Kahala. It is located on a main street (Illinois Ave.) and near the Old National Bank. It opens 6 days Monday to Saturday. That is a Chinese restaurant. I think it is the most delivers food in Carbondale and the waiters are nice. And my favourite food at New Kahala is crop pork over rice and Chinese eggplant with beef. That’s good; I like that. And they have many kinds of food. If you like sweet food, you can choose the House Chicken. And if you like very hot food, you can choose tofu of mushoo. All kinds of Chinese food you can choose in this restaurant. That will be very nice, I promies.
